Investor Loans by Sherman Bridge Lending

Investors occasionally find themselves wanting to purchase more inventory that requires cash in order to close on the transaction.  Cash is a necessity due largely to the condition of the property, making the property unable to qualify for typical bank financing.

There are lenders available that don't have the same criteria as normal banks.  In fact, they strictly lend to investors on investment property.

The rates are somewhat higher than conventional loans, but they are designed specifically to gap the bridge between an unqualified property to a repaired property that is able to be refinanced under conventional terms.  Think of it in terms of a bridge loan; this is to get you from point a to point b.

Below is Texas' most experienced investor loan lender.  They have funded on thousands of investments and have just created a new product for landlords that is second to none.  If you are looking for a way to leverage your cash and maximize ROI, these are your guys.
